PURPOSE:To reduce the inspection time, by coupling antigen or antibody on the surface of wall and using a microcoupsel with a given specific gravity. CONSTITUTION:Microcoupsel wall material like protein, polyamino acid, polyacrylamide, polyamide, polyurethane and polyurea and core made of oily substance like natural mineral oil, vegetable oil and synthesized oil are prepared. Further, while adjusting the specific gravity of core material, by using the microcoupsel wall material coupling antigen or antibody on the surface, microcoupsel 0.1-30mu, preferrably 0.5-10mu in average size, 1.07-1.16 in specific gravity, preferrably 1.11-1.15 is formed. Thus, by detecting the antibody or antigen in the inspected body through antigen-antibody aggregation reaction with the microcoupsel formed, the microcoupsel is deposited in a short time and the inspection time can be reduced. |
