An apparatus comprises; connecting members having a channeled part in its middle and a connecting parts on its both ends are connected with each other in those channeled part with its back against another; two of supporting members are clung to a couple of connecting members by covering the connecting parts of said connectng member; at least one of wa1l channel forming member is set to a channeled part of a connecting member to hide the connection portion of a connecting member and a supporting member, and one of wall channel forming member is connected to a base of channeled part of a connecting member by a welding or a screw.
