PURPOSE:To provide a polyolefin resin compsn. which exhibits excellent resistance to whitening by impact and has good gloss and transparency as well as excellent impact resistance and stiffness, consisting of a specified ethylene-propylene block copolymer and an ethylene polymer. CONSTITUTION:An ethylene-propylene block copolymer (A) consisting of the first segment composed of a propylene-ethylene copolymer having an ethylene content of 0.5-2.5wt% and the second segment composed of a propylene-ethylene copolymer having an ethylene content of 13-35wt% (or 65-90wt%) (the ratio of the second segment is 10-25wt%), is mixed with an ethylene (co)polymer having a density of 0.91-0.93/cm<3> and a melt flow index of 0.5-50g/10min at 190 deg.C in such a proportion as to give a weight ratio of the component (B) to the second segment of the component (A) of 0.7-2.2.
