PURPOSE:To obtain the titled plate capable of rotating the outer periphery without single loosening of feed yarns and yarn breakage, by providing bearings in the central part of a disk unit plate between the upper and lower yarn feed packages of a double twister and superposing bobbin edges of the respective packages and inner ring of the bearings. CONSTITUTION:The upper feed yarn 4 and bottom feed yarn 5 drawn from the upper yarn feed package 2 and lower yarn feed package 3 of a double twister 6 are introduced from a yarn passage hole 15 of a guide pipe 13 and led out of a yarn delivery hole 11 of a rotary disk 8 to double and twist the yarns and provide a doubled and twisted yarn 17 by the double twister 6. In the process, the above-mentioned yarns are smoothly doubled and twisted by using a device, having bearings 23 mounted on the central part of a disk unit plate 1 installed between the upper yarn feed package 2 and lower yarn feed package 3 to successively superpose the bobbin top edge 25 of the lower yarn feed package 3, inner ring 26 of the bearings 23 and bobbin bottom edge 28 of the upper yarn feed package 2 in the vertical direction and capable of freely rotating the outer periphery of the disk unit plate 1. |
