An actuating and discharge button 30 for a reciprocating pump type dispenser or a pressurized dispensing container is provided with projections 42 which when aligned with notches 46 permit depression of the button. The button is rotatable between this operative position and a position in which the projections 42 and notches 46 are not in alignment and these positions are preset by the engagement of lugs 44 on the button which engage lugs (50), (52) on the underside of the flange 40. The button 30 may only be removed when lugs 44 are in alignment with the notches 46.</p> |
