PURPOSE:To smooth the supply of the header frames placed on an intermittently- transferring belt system by giving a warning when no one follows up the rearmost one detected after the frontmost ones are vacuum-adsorbed and transferred one by one to a pellet attaching system. CONSTITUTION:The rotary shafts 14 and 15 having two pulleys 16 and 17 are fitted at an interval between both-side support frames 13 and two rubber belts 18 are stretched between the pulleys 16 and 17. Next, a plurality of frames 1 are placed on the belts 18 at header frame supply place S and transferred one by one to a pellet attaching system 7 by a adsorptive transfer device 22 consisting of a transfer lever 21 and a vacuum adsorber 23 and provided at the rear end of the belts 18. In this construction, a light emitting device 24 and a light receiving device 25 are provided to face with each other on the frames 13. A detector 26 consisting of the devices 24 and 25 judges the passage of the rear end of the frames 1 and operates a separately-provided alarm device to quicken the supply of frames 1. |
