PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a transistor by providing an auxiliary winding in an overcurrent detecting current transformer so that a pair of transistors may not simultaneously become ON. CONSTITUTION:When a transistor 2 is conducted on by the input of logic signal, transistor 1 is conducted, a collector current will flow, and an output is produced at the output transformer 4. At this time a voltage for forwardly biasing a transistor 1' is produced at the auxiliary coil 12 of the current transformer 5, but a diode 11 is reversely biased, and the voltage with the auxiliary coil 12' serves to reversely bias between the base and the emitter of the transistor 1'. When both the transistors is transferred to dead time duration in the step where the transistor 1 is conducted reversely from state and the transistor 1' is conducted, a current continuously flows in the transistor 1 by the affect of the storage time of the transistor 1. Accordingly, the transistor 1' is reversely biased between the base and the emitter continuously. |
