PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction due to unstable input level, by connecting a resistor between the common input terminal of a plurality of MOS type memory integrated circuits the input terminals of which are commonly connected and the drive gate IC, and ground terminal. CONSTITUTION:A drive gate IC2 is connected to the common input terminal 3 of a plurality of MOS type memory ICs 1 the input terminal of which are commonly connected. A resistor 4 is connected between the common input terminal 3 and ground terminal. If the power supply VCC for drive gate IC is OFF, then since the common input terminal 3 of the MOS type memory ICs 1 is grounded via a high resistor 4, the potential is fixed to 0 level. Accordingly, the malfunction due to unstable input level is avoided. |
