<p>PURPOSE:To remove a methane gas without losing it by a method wherein a carbon dioxide gas withdrawing pipe is provided in a protruded manner so as to make an initial end part face a lower space under an upper space in a cover of a water tank while a carbon dioxide sensor is provided to the withdrawing pipe and the like. CONSTITUTION:If org. garbages 9 is thrown into a water tank 2 filled with water 8 from a throwing port 6 of a cover 3 of the water tank 3 and decomposed therein, a carbon dioxide gas (b) is generated together with a methane gas (a). The generated methane gas (a) is accumulated in an upper space within the cover 3 of the water tank 1. The carbon dioxide gas (b) and oxygen mixed therein to are accumulated in a lower space under the methane gas (a) in the cover 3 of the water tank 1. The methane gas (a) accumulated in the upper space in the cover 3 of the water tank 1 is taken out according to necessity and utilized as a fuel. The carbon dioxide gas accumulated in the lower space in the cover 3 of the water tank 1 is withdrawn through a carbon dioxide withdrawing pipe 10 according to the function of a carbon dioxide sensor 12.</p> |
