PURPOSE:To provide the titled recorder capable of unnecessitating wiring and the like and of being miniaturized by a method wherein both or part of charging electrodes and phase-detecting electrodes are fabricated by the use of printed substrates. CONSTITUTION:A charging-elecrtrode substrate 12, a spacer substrate 13, phase- detecting electrode substrate 15 are integrated with each other, and the substrates are provided with through-holes at the positions where ink droplets pass, in correspondence with nozzles 2a-2d. The through-holes of the substrate 12 are plated by through-hole plating to form the charging electrodes 12a-12d, which are wired in independent patterns. The through-holes of the substrate 15 are through-hole plated to function as sensor parts 15a-15d and are connected in series with the exterior via through-hole plated parts 15f, 16f. Each of the shield substrates 14, 16 sandwiching the substrate 15 is provided with a grounding pattern on their entire outside surfaces and are connected by through-hole plated parts 14e-16e. |
