PURPOSE:To almost avoid the dissipation of oscillation energy to external parts and to remarkably increase the efficiency, by supporting the oscillation system with noncontact through the use of gas pressure. CONSTITUTION:Gas in high pressure Ps is fed from a high pressure gas source P such as compressor to a static pressure gas journal bearings 10, 11 which are provided so that a narrow bearing gap is formed to a cylindrical part among external circumferential plane of an oscillator 1 and booster horn 2, it is flowed to the bearing gaps 12, 13 via throttle and air vent hole, to form the gas pressure film in the bearing gaps 12, 13 and to support the oscillation system with floating in noncontact. If the pressing force F at welded part is at 50kg or less, the floating support with supply pressure 6kg/cm or so can be made by suitably selecting the shape of bearings and the location. |
