PURPOSE:To enable to constitute three types of photoelectric switches, opposing type, regression reflection type and diffusion reflection type, by the same circuit, and to prevent the malfunction at the application of power supply, by providing a switching circuit and a circuit which rapidly performs charge/discharge of an integration capacitor. CONSTITUTION:When a control terminal S of a switching circuit 13 is at H level, output Q1, Q2 are both at L level, and an oscillation circuit 8 is functioned as an asynchronous type of oscillation circuit which takes in the output of a level discrimination circuit 10 as a synchronizing signal. On the other hand, a rapid charging circuit 15 rapidly charges up an integration capacitor of an integration circuit 44 at the initial time point, to form a photoelectric switch of opposing type. In this case, a photoelectric device A modulates a light emitting circuit 1 with the output pulse from another oscillation circuit. When the control terminal S is open, the output Q1 of the circuit 13 is at L and Q2 is at H, the circuit 15 rapidly charges up the integration capacitor, and the circuit 8 is controlled so that the output pulse of the circuit 10 is not taken, and drives the circuit 1 as a synchronizing type, to constitute the regression reflecting type. When the control terminal S is at L level, the output Q1 is at H level, the circuit 15 rapidly discharges the integrating capacitor to form the diffusion reflecting type. |
