<p>Means for the supply of medical active substances and exhibiting a body (2) which is provided with the medical active substance being such that it is possible to be absorbed by the body tissues when the substance by means of the body is brought in contact with the same. The body (2) is substantially elongated in form and provided to be introduced in a body channel. The material in the body is a hydrogel which in contact with a fluid producing body tissue will absorb the body fluid and thereby will swell in volume whereby it being anchored in the channel and pressed against its walls. As a result the medical active substance during a period of time will be transferred to the surrounding tissues. </p> |
