The drill or hammer-drill suction head connects the exhaust pipe for the drill dust to the passage in the hollow drill bit or chuck, having annular ribs bearing against shoulders on the bit or chuck, and an annular channel enclosing a transverse bore and to which the pipe is connected. The head is in two or more sliding parts (10) movable in relation to each other, and over which a rigid removable coupling member fits, holding them in the working position.
