PURPOSE:To enable the optional change of a swing angle width, by a method wherein, in a device in which an air swing motion is obtained by changing a pressure in control chambers at both sides at the downstream of a nozzle, a bias pressure is added to the pressure in a control chamber. CONSTITUTION:When a gap between a fan-shaped closing plate 36 and an opening plate 4 is brought into zero by rotating a pinion 39 in a bias pressure control means of an operating unit 5, for example, counterclockwise, openings 30 and 31 are alternately opened and closed with the rotation of the closing plate 36 following in the wake of the rotation of a motor 36. Then, an air swing motion is performed at an area ranging from adhesion to a guide wall 19 to adhesion to a guide wall 20. A pair of control chambers 24 and 25, which are formed at one side at the downstream of a nozzle 18, are alternately switched into an atmosphere and a negative pressure condition, and thereby a flow from the nozzle 18 is defelcted. In order to change a swing angle, a gap between the closing plate 36 and the opening plate 4 is provided by rotating the pinion 39 reversely, and a bias pressure is added to the pressure in the control chambers 24 and 25. |
