PURPOSE:To prevent a local oscillating signal from leaking by coupling mixer circuits, provided on slot lines in parallel, with strip lines. CONSTITUTION:An input signal supplied to strip line L31 is branched to slot lines L21 and L22 and they propagate through coupling slot L1 in odd mode and are applied to diode D1 and D2 in phase. A local oscillation signal supplied to strip line L32 propagates to coupling slot L1 in even mode and are applied to diodes D1 and D2 out of phase. At the middle point between diodes D1 and D2 arranged on slots in parallel, an output is led out of strip line L33. Since the local oscillation signals propagate through slot lines with different phases, they are short-circuited electrically to each other at the coupling point with strip lines and never leak out. |
