PURPOSE:To elevate the cooling effect when an electromagnetic coil is to be produced by a method wherein the coil is divided in the circumferential direction and in the axial direction, duct members framable with the adjacent duct members are provided and the coil is wound around its outer circumference. CONSTITUTION:A high intensity fiber layer 4 having a high impregnatory property like glass tape, etc., is wound around on the surface of an insulating cylinder 3 consisting of mica glass, etc., and coils 5a, 5a'-5f, 5f' consisting of a belt type conductor like aluminum, etc., and of an interlayer insulator like glass cloth, etc., are wound around on it. At this time, an insulator 6 of felt, etc., having the breadth being added the breadth of size of the section to the breadth of the belt type conductor, are applied on it, the plural duct members 7 of laminated plates, etc., having the same length with the insulator 6 and being formed to be framable the both end parts with the other duct members are put on the circumferential direction, the insulator 6 is applied on it and the next coil 5a' is wound around on it. The coil is wound around in order up to the coil 5f' placing a glass tape 8 between the sections, and after the high intensity fiber material 9 is provided on the outest side, the whole is impregnated with a resin. |
