PURPOSE:To reduce variation in equivalent constant during adjustment by making asymmetric areas of the opposite electrode layers formed by being bonded to both surfaces of quartz plate. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of quartz plate 1, electrode 5 is formed and on the other surface, electrode 4 larger than electrode 5 is formed opposing by being bonded. In this constitution, the equivalent inductance (parallel capacity) is nearly determined by the area of electrode 5 on one surface, so that even if part of electrode 4 on the other surface is removed for frequency adjustment, the variation in equivalent constant becomes much less. |
