In the heating and air supply system there are provided, for the purpose of saving energy, two separate blowers (V1 and V2), one of which is used only for circulating the air which is located in the structure through a heating device (4), preferably controlled by a thermostat, while the other blower (V1) is used only to supply outside air in order to replace the air which has escaped through leakage points in the structure, in particular the door air locks thereof. The starting up and switching off of the latter blower (V1) is expediently controlled automatically in dependence on the interior superatmospheric pressure in the structure. <IMAGE>
