The structure has a stationary or movable housing, e.g. for flush mounting. It consists of a lower part, retaining the installation socket, and an upper part, one of these parts having a vaulted, or U-shaped aperture for a sealing slide or tube. A tension relief device (15) is arranged in the region of this aperture, consisting of smaller housing (16) connectable to the installation housing (6,7). The smaller housing has a conductor inlet and outlet. In the edge section of the outlet is provided a protruding, grooved collar, fitting the installation housing aperture. The collar serves for inserting the tension relief device into the vaulted, or U-shaped housing aperture of the installation housing. Pref. the tension relief device housing consists of a lower part (16) and a lid (17). The tension relief device may be of shell type, having a station part on the bottom of the respective housing, while a clamping arrangement is provided flush with the conductor inlet and outlet.
