PURPOSE:To carry out the several trimming operations continuously by one set of laser processing device by more than two elements adjusted by trimming by a laser work device on the same plane of the circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION:On a circuit substrate 1, a cutting pattern 1a for the digital F, and a measuring terminal pattern 1b and other parts attaching conductive pattern are formed by etching and the surface thereof is plated by gold. Further, on the same plane, the positioning pattern 1c for the laser trimming positioning and a trimming resistance 3 crystal vibrator 4 are mounted and conductively fixed. The crystal vibrator 4 is sealed by glass or transparent member so as to do laser trimming and on a part of the crystal piece, a trimming weight member 4a is provided. |
