<p>PURPOSE:To prepare the entitled synthetic material of excellent impact-proof properties by a method wherein a molding passage consisting of an endless belt is supplied with stiffening material foam hardening resin liquid, hardening gumlike elastic resin fluid to harden resin in the molding passage. CONSTITUTION:In a molding passage consistig of a top endless belt 11 and a bottom endless belt 13 the stiffening material 2 such as glass roving and the like is supplied along the bottom endless belt, to said stiffening material 2 foam hardening resin liquid such as foam urethane resin liqid and the like, which foams and hardens in a short time, from a supply device 3. At the same time to the endless belt 11 surface the hardening gumlike elastic resin liquid, which hardens in a short time showing gumlike elasticity, from the supply device 4 being made to pass through the molding passage 1, to harden both resin en bloc in the molding passage 1, to be stiffened with the stiffening material 2 to gain the entitled material having a surface layer consisting of a gumlike elastic body.</p> |
