This invention is to provide the method for moulding tubular film of a polyolefine-resin with improved mechanical strength. Tubular film is moulded to melt and inject a polyolefine-resin by an air-cooling inflantion method and by moulding apparatus with resin babble strabilizer on the top of dais.(exit temp. of the dais 200≦̸C, flow-ratio 4, and winding speed of film 50m/min.).
