A method is described for dipeptidase determination using L-amino acid oxidase from Agkistrodon Blomhoffi Var. Caliginosos Korea. L-Amino acid oxidase, peroxidase, color reagent and dipeptidase was added to L-leucyl-leucine soln. and reacted for 20 min at 37≦̸C and the soln. reaction stopped by acetic acid. The dipeptidase activity was determined by measuring the absorbance at 550 mm.
