PURPOSE:To produce products of high strength easily and inexpensively by cold forming the forming blank materials and forming a seat plate, a screw cylinder and detaining pins into one piece. CONSTITUTION:A platelike blank material 9 comprising an expanded material is blanked cold by means of a press to a disc shape which is equal to the diameter of a seat plate 1 to blank a mounting seat forming blank material 10. At this time, a hole 15 of the same diameter as the inside diameter of a screw cylinder is blanked simultaneously at the center. This mounting seat forming blank material 10 is placed in the cavity 12 of a stationary die 11, after which these are cold-pressed by a movable die 13, whereby the seat plate 1, screw cylinder 2 and a plurality of detaining pins 3, 3... are formed into one piece. After this, the assembly is removed by the ejector pins 14 of the stationary die 11, whereby a mounting seat A' is formed. Next, the outside circumferential part of the seat plate 1 is blanked to roundness. Thence, heat treatment and tapping of the screw cylinder 2 are caried out in irregular order, whereby the mounting seat is produced. |
