<p>PURPOSE:To extract the outputs of several tape position memories to ensure complicated control and at the same time to make the device both small-size and low cost, by combining a mechanical counter and an up-down counter which counts electric pulses. CONSTITUTION:In the autorepeat control action, the position of the tape is stored through the O-reset button 6 of the mechanical counter 1, and the memory switch SW1 is turned on by the memory button 7 at the end position in the repeat section. Then the contents of the up-down counter 11 is read into the latch circuit 12. Under these conditions, if the tape is reproduced at the start position and then travels up to the end position, the counter 11 coincides with the latch circuit 12 in the position. Thus the coincidence output supplied from the comparator 14 is switched automatically to the ''rewind operation''. Then the tape travels adversely up to the start position, and the reproductively travels at the time point when the display of the counter 1 changes from ''000'' to ''999''.</p> |
