PURPOSE:To make it possible to simplify linear picture conversion of movement, inversion, rotation, and so on of the TV picture, by turning on and off outputs of the X address counter and the Y address counter according to respective rotation angles by a control signal. CONSTITUTION:In respect to the write address of main memory 26, control is performed as follows; outputs of X address counter 27 and Y address counter 28 are turned on and off in gate circuit 29 by the signal (control signal) which is inverted in rotation angle regions 0-90 deg. and 180-270 deg. and regions 90-180 deg. and 270- 360 deg.. Counters 27 and 28 are counted up by the time unit where main memory 26 can be accessed. In the former regions of the rotation angle, since contents of counter 27 is input as the main memory address, the control signal is turned on, and the output of counter 28 is turned off by inverting circuit 30. Further, the output of OR circuit 31 is provided with agreement detection gate circuit 23; and if the angle is within the rotation display region, the input is used as the main memory address to write data. In the latter retions of the rotation angle, operations are performed reversely, and the main memory address is the Y address. |
