PURPOSE:To make it possible to correct data responsibly in the terminal side, by making it possible to confirm easily the read result of the center in the terminal side after an image has been transmitted from the terminal side to the center. CONSTITUTION:When image information is transmitted from facsimile device 1 to center 2, the code arrangement indication code and the character code are send from detection cutting-out logic part 22 and recognition logic part 23 respectively and are stored in code string storage part 25 in center 2. Further, they are returned to device 1 from code string transmission part 26. In device 1, code string receiving part 13 receives the code string and cuts out the code string each time the code arrangement indication signal code is detected, and the character code in it is converted to an image by character pattern memory 14 and is stored in image buffer 15 of one- line components, and recognition result confirming output 17 is output from facsimile output part 16 when one-line componnents of data are obtained. |
