PURPOSE:To improve an accuracy in a thickness of an ink layer to uniform a performance of a head by a method wherein two sheets of nozzle plates are connected through a space regulating plate. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle plates 11, 12 are connected through a space regulating plate 20. As a result, a thickness of an ink layer 31 becomes equal to the same of the space regulating plate 20 and a dimensional accuracy is improved remarkably. In case of assembling this head, mechanical dimensional accuracies of adhering surfaces 13, 14 are adjusted beforehand, the nozzle plate 11 is adhered to the surface 13 and the regulating plate 20 is arranged on a part of an ink layer 31 while a nozzle plate 12 is pinchingly adhered to the surface 14. In this case, the nozzle plate 12 is connected to the nozzle plate 11 through the regulating plate 20 after adjusting a thickness of an adhesive agent coated on the surface 14. According to this operation, a variability due to the thickness of the adhesive agent may be compensated. |
