PURPOSE:To form the desired synthesized picture without any layout determining work, by picking up the specific information in the original picture read in and writing in new information to the space of original other than it. CONSTITUTION:Video information is read in by photoscanning of original with a original reader 1, the mark of original is detected at a position recognition and information pickup circuit 2, the specific information of video information is picked up and the data is compressed, and the specific information compressing the data is temporarily stored in the memory section 3. Further, the information newly input from the keybaord 4 is input, and newly inputted information is controlled according to the position signal fed from the pickup circuit 2 at a print position control circuit 5 to form the video information with new characteristics and store it temporarily in the memory section 6. Further, each content stored in the memory sections 3, 6 is in time series read out, OR processing is made at an information synthesis circuit 7, the synthesized video information is fed to a video recorder 8 and the desired synthesized picture is formed with a simple circuit constitution. |
