PURPOSE:To perform accurate measurement simply, by constituting that a support stand having a through-hole matched to cylindrical work to be measured is fixed on a bed plate, a wire guage is located in matching with the center shaft of the through- hole, and the position of a free end is measured with a dial gauge from the orthogonal direction. CONSTITUTION:A support 2 having a through-hole 3 inserted to a cylindrical work having a small hole like an optical fiber connector is fixed to a bed plate 1. A wire gauge 6 is fixed to the bed plate 1 so that it is matched to the center shaft of the through-hole 3. A dial gauge 9 is fixed so that a measurement device 10 is orthogonal to the center shaft of the through-hole 3. A cylindrical work A is inserted in the through-hole 3 and the end is fixed with a chuck 19 of the subsupport 16. In this case, the free end of the wire gauge 6 is inserted in a small hole of test piece and the device 10 is touched with a suitable pressure. While rotating the test piece via the shaft lever 18, the extent of the eccentricity is measured with the dial gauge 9. Thus, the eccentricity can accurately and simply be measured. |
