A chromatographic elution device comprises at least one test tube rack (2, Fig. 1, not shown), the upper surface of which supports a displaceable tray (3) upon which elution cups may be placed, said rack being supported by, and vertically adjustable on, vertical bars (1), which also support an eluate trough (5) from which chromatographic strips (6) may be suspended to hang above said rack. The tray is preferably hinged along its rear edge for displacement through 180 degrees, and vertical adjustment of the rack is preferably achieved by manipulating spring holders (8) which engage in notches on the vertical bars. |
