Polygonal space cells for use as kiosks or ticket offices consist of panels with windows and doors which are joined together by an adhesive. The panels are assembled from two outer chipboard plates which are spaced by a wooden frame, with the space filled by expanded rigid polystyrene. The panels are bonded together by applying at the butting faces a foam layer of a moisture-curing one-component polyurethane resin. This forms a foam and is cured under the effect of moisture which exceeds the air humidity. Such an adhesive fills up all cavities. The excess moisture is simply attained by mixing the polyurethane with an amount of water.
|
