Insert lock for fixing curtain runners into tracks - allows smooth high-speed transfer of runners from auxiliary rail via resilient tongues

The resilient tongues of the lock, in the lower part continue the running face of the guide track and are fastened to the support component of the lock so that they can be moved sideways on either side by pressure from the extension of the guide track whilst maintaining their original horizontal plane. This pressure action can be produced by an upper auxiliary rail section pressed vertically upwards to feed the curtain runners into the guide track and is converted by lower inclined faces on the resilient tongues into a pressure action which moves them horizontally.
