Coanda effect multipurpose feed nozzle - uses helical fast flow of propellant fluid to draw medium by underpressure

The fed medium passes at high speed through a tangential pipe (3) into a sleeve (2) above the base plate (8) and through a guide web (4) round a Venturi nozzle (1) in helical rotation. There it rises inside the sleeve. It is then deflected by the upturned edge (2a) onto the inside of the nozzle and flows through the throat (6) of the nozzle to the outlet opening (7). The underpressure hereby produced conveys the medium which is drawn in through an opening (5) through the throat of the nozzle and thus to the outlet opening.
