The closure for oil tank filler pipes is equipped with a tank filler socket cap. The closure includes a sleeve (3) to be screwed on to the end of the tank pipe (1) and to be secured driven in locking pins (21). The sleeve has a central opening (10) for the insertion of a cylinder lock plug (11) which carries a concentric outer thread (8) for screwing on the tank filler socket cap (22). A mouthpiece has a seating between the socket cap and the sleeve.
