<p>The cleaning procedure is for heat exchangers with a nest of tubes, such as surface condensers. Cleaning members, e.g. as brushes, are moved in the longitudinal direction through the tubes. The brushes are moved during the heat exchanger operation by a mechanical drive mechanism. Several cleaning brushes are moved simultaneously. Specifically several brushes of a first group are used, having a smaller number of brushes than the total number of tubes, and they are moved simultaneously. After these have moved through completely, a second group is moved through the nest of tubes.</p> |
