Security cylinder lock core - contains scanners for key and stop pieces, pref. bolts sliding both ways

The key has recesses and/or protrusions to control blocking elements in a lock with cylinder core and cylinder case. Feelers (6) are provided, to scan the key (4) and blocking elements (12). All these units are accommodated within the cylinder core, if possible. Feelers are pref. scanner bolts, sliding in the core (2), in holes (5) towards the key, and in the opposite direction; they incorporate recesses (8) for entry of the blocking elements. Pref. in the form of peripheral grooves. Bolts may be rounded off at the end facing the key. Variability, scanning reliability, and security against break-in are enhanced.
