<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently materialize the thinness of an inductor part, a reduction in impedance and superior productivity by forming the inductor part by winding an inductor material with an insulating sheet on a core member. CONSTITUTION:A foil 2 and an insulating sheet 3 are stacked through adhesive and wound by the predetermined number of turns on a hollow and chlindrical core pipe 1 consisting of a conductor. An inductor part is formed by cutting the inductor material thus manufactured, in round slices at desired thickness. Next, an insulating material is applied to the parts except a part 7 of the core pipe 1 of the inductor part serving as a terminal for electrical connections and the same plane section with a part 8 of the foil 2 locating at the extremely external circumference section. In this way, electrical connections will easily be performed by using a solder dipping method. In this composition, the inductor part will be thinned and a reduction in impedance and superior productivity will be materialized.</p> |
