PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the above-titled apparatus and to thereby make the entire structure compact, by causing movement of a piston by the attracting and repulsing forces acted between a permanent magnet attached to a piston and electromagnets disposed in a pump chamber. CONSTITUTION:When a power switch 16 is closed, electromagnets 7 provided on the opposite sides of a pump chamber 3 are enegized by the current supplied via a control means 15. Here, if the polarity 8 of these two electromagnets 7 is turned to S, a piston 4 is moved to the left in chamber 3 since it is acted by the resultant force of repulsion acted between S-pole of a permanent magnet 6 and S-pole of one electromagnet 7 and attraction acted between N-pole of the permanent magnet 6 and S-pole of the other electromagnet 7. Subsequently, when the polarity of electromagnets 7 is reversed by control means 15, piston 4 is moved to the right in chamber 3. By thus repeating inversion of the polarity of electromagnets 7 at a predetermined cycle, it is enabled to repeat reciprocal movement of piston 4. |
