PURPOSE:To obtain a high silent effect without reducing the driving efficiency of a plunger by providing a drum composing of a unidirectional following means with a braking means in relation to the drum wherein a movable arm prevents a stopper from impact contact and the composition is made simple. CONSTITUTION:The electromagnetic plunger 34 having an exciting coil 26 absorbing a movable core 30 by turning on electricity and a drum 48 are provided. Wherein, the drum has a unidirectional following means composing of: (a). The means is displaced by following the operation which displaces the movable core 30 by absorption (b). The means does not follow by the operation which displaces by releasing absorption. When the electricity is turned off, an arm 14 is returned energizing by a tension spring 18 and braking operation is given to the drum 48. In this case, there is no operating sound at the returning time by the elasticity of a rubber tire 22 and a silent effect will be increased without reducing the driving efficiency of the plunger 34. |
