PURPOSE:To make an over head travelling crane to be needless and to simplify the assembling and installing work of the vertical type electric rotary machine by a method wherein after a stator and a lower bracket are installed, blocks are piled up on the lower bracket and a rotor is assembled on it, and finally the blocks are removed. CONSTITUTION:The stator 1 and the lower bearing bracket 3 are established at the prescribed position. Then a support 11 is set up on the lower shaft 2, and the blocks 7 are piled up on cradles 6 on the lower bearing bracket 3 to form a drum type cradle 7a. Plural pressure oil jacks 8 are set up at the top part of the drum type cradle 7a, and half by half of the jacks are connected respectively to electric pumps 9, 10. Then the rotor 4 is assembled on the oil jacks 8. Finally the support 11 is removed and the blocks 7 are removed gradually depressurizing in order half by half of the oil jacks 8 to insert and set the rotor 4 at the inside of the stator 1. |
