PURPOSE:To make strong a lead terminal, by containing a piezoelectric oscillator in two holding bases of planoconvex lens having the flat part around the convexed surface, providing the lead on the holding base and fixing the leads to the electrode tab. CONSTITUTION:Holding bases 10,100 of planoconvex lens having a flat part around the convex surface are bonded on the flat part so that the convex surfaces can be opposed. Next, a piezoelectric oscillator 3 on which operation electrodes 4, 4' and electrode tabs 5, 5' are provided, is contained at the center of the concave. Further, external leads 6, 6' are provided and they are bonded to the electrode tabs 5, 5' with conductive silver pastes 7, 7'. Accordingly, the mechanical strength can be improved by the convex shape of the space which contains the piezoelectric oscillator. |
