CONSTITUTION:The base of a composite oscillation quartz oscillator 5 is held with two flexible wire-shaped holders 6, and a mass 7 is given on the way of the holders 6. The oscillation and displacement of the mass 7 is less by suitably selecting the size and shape of the holding members 6 and the size and position of the mass 7, even if a fine displacement of the base of the quartz oscillator 5 is present. Accordingly, the oscillation of the quartz oscillator 5 itself is not delivered to the airtight terminals and the package, the leakage of oscillation of the quartz unit is avoided and the Q-value can also be increased. |
