PURPOSE:To enable execution of heating at a proper temperature or heating of hot water, by a method wherein by means of a load signal, the heating source of a heat exchanger and a 3-way switching valve are controlled, and control is made so that high temperature water is fed to a first load and low temperature water to a second load. CONSTITUTION:When a second load 13, e.g. floor heating, and a first load 1 are simultaneously used, a signal, by means of which the second load 13 is used, is sent to a control device 10 through a second signal line 21, a valve 16 is opened, and a switching valve 19 is switched in a direction in which a circulating pump 8 is coupled to the second load 13. Hot water is fed to the second load 13 not through a heat exchanger 2 but through a second outbound line 17. Since a signal by means of which the first load 1 is used is inputted, a temperature at the delivery port of the heat exchanger 2 is controlled to 80 deg.C, and hot water of 80 deg.C is fed to the first load through a first outbound line 3. Meanwhile, the temperature of hot water fed to the second load 13 is approximate 60 deg.C of mixture of hot water from the first load 1 and hot water on the return side from the second load 13, and high temperature hot water and low temperature water can be simultaneously fed. |
