发明名称 EFFECTIVE UTILIZING METHOD FOR MOLTEN IRON TROUGH MATERIAL IN BLAST FURNACE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce repairing cost of a trough for tapping molten iron by using as mixing waste lump refractory material of the trough with the trough material composing of new monolithic refractory at less than the specific ratio at the time of repairing the eroded trough in a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:In case the trough 3 for tapping molten iron composing of monolithic refractory in the blast furnace is eroded by using for long time, non-used remaining part 5 at inside of back lining 1 in the trough 3 is removed and crushed into the lump material having potable size without any cracking. This lump waste material 2 is mixed with the new monolithic refractory 7 for the trough at the ratio of <=50% and lined in the inside of the back lining 1 to repair the trough 3. By effectively utilizing the remaining non-used waste material in the trough 3, the trough is newly repaired at low cost.</p>
