<p>piperidine derivs. of formula (I) and their salts are new. In (I) A is CH2, CHOH or CO, R1 is H, OH or lower alkoxy, R2 is Et or vinyl, R3 is 2-8C alkyl, 1-8C hydroxyalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkanoyloxyalkyl, 3-6C cycloalkyl, hydroxy-, alkoxy- or alkanoyloxy-cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, hydroxy-, alkoxy- or alkanoyloxy-cycloalkylalkyl, CN, cyanoalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, tetrahydrofuryl, mono- or dialkylaminoalkyl, opt. substd. phenyl, phenylalkyl or phenylhydroxyalkyl, opt. substd. diphenylalkyl, opt. substd. phenylalkenyl, opt. substd. benzoyl or benzoylalkyl, opt. substd. heteroaryl or heteroarylalkyl, or opt. substd. heteroaroyl or heteroaroylalkyl, with the proviso that R3 is not n-Pr or i-Pr when A is CO, R1 is MeO and R2 is vinyl. (I) have cardiovascular activity, e.g. antithrombotic, vasodilatory and esp. antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic activity.</p> |
