PURPOSE:To magnify mechanical strength by giving micro porous constitution suitable for gell permeation chromatography by a method wherein a density of hydroxyl group, specific surface area during drying time and water holding quantity of a filler are selected within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:A full porous filler for the gell permeation chromatography use has a chemical constitution coupled in mono-coupling with mainly carbon, hydrogen and oxygen and is composed of a hydrophilic synthetic macro-molecule having hydroxyl group. The density of hydroxyl group is selected within the range of 1-15meq/g, specific surface area during drying time is selected within the range of 5-1,000m<2>/g and water holding quantity is selected within the range of 0.3-3.0g/g. |
