PURPOSE:To simplify the call without losing the reliability of collection of data, by securing such constitution in that each terminal transmits the data successively in response to the common call signal supplied from the center unit. CONSTITUTION:The central unit 1, when starting the collection of data, transmits the call signal to the line 2. The meter sensors 3A, 3B...3N comprise the call detecting circuit connected to the line 2, the timer circuit and the encoder which is connected to the meters 4A, 4B...4N and transmits the data to the line 2 respectively. For the timer circuits incorporated into the sensors 3A, 3B...3N, the set time of the timer differs with every sensor which is started by the call signal sent from the unit 1. The encoder is started after the set time of the timer, and thus the data are transmitted successively to the unit 1 from the sensors 3A, 3B...3N each. |
