Optical scanning device using for video disc player comprises an objective lens(36), a concentration bearing means for driving concentration movement of the lens(36), an electrically controllable means, a tracking bearing means for driving tracking movement of the lens and a movable frame having a toroidal permanent magnet(30), two ends plates(31)(32) of wrought iron and sylindrical core(33) of wrought iron with cavity. A toroidal gap(35) is formed between the core(33) and the upper plate(32). The coil means(37) attached to the lens can be moved in the gap and can be set coaxially around the core(33).
